THE ROLE   

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and execute training strategy to support business objectives and enhance BA performance across counters
• Provide field coaching and mentorship to Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers, and senior team members through regular store visits
• Deliver structured training programs including product knowledge, selling skills, makeup techniques, and customer experience
• Act as a role model in makeup application, demonstrating professional techniques (e.g. mini makeovers, consultation flow, trend looks) to elevate frontline capability
• Build strong relationships with frontline teams to understand business needs and identify skill gaps, providing actionable coaching and solutions
• Oversee and ensure smooth execution of all training logistics (training calendar, materials, attendance, venue setup)
• Support Training Manager in developing and localising training materials, including translations and content enhancement
• Monitor training effectiveness and BA performance, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Marketing, PR) to ensure alignment on product launches and service standards
• Lead onboarding and development of new hires, ensuring a consistent and high-quality training experience

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are passionate about developing people and driving performance. As a Training Supervisor, you bring both hands-on coaching experience and strong makeup expertise, with the ability to inspire and influence teams.

You should also have:

• Proven experience as a Training Executive, Senior Trainer, or similar role, with leadership exposure
• Strong background in the beauty industry, with solid makeup application skills (essential)
• Ability to demonstrate and coach makeup techniques confidently on counter
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams at different levels
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management capability
• Highly organised with strong multitasking and planning skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and training effectiveness
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Additional training or makeup certification is a plus
• 60% Field Coaching / 40% Office & Training Planning
