As our Sales Planning & Reporting Specialist CEE, you will design, maintain, and deliver high‑quality sales reporting and planning tools, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and improving sales performance across the Central & Eastern Europe region.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Sales Planning & Reporting Specialist CEE, you play a critical role in transforming sales data into actionable insights. You will build and maintain reporting tools, ensure data accuracy, support planning cycles, and partner closely with Sales stakeholders to drive performance and efficiency across the CEE region.
You will be reporting to the Sales Planning & Reporting Manager CEE, and you will manage:
1. Sales Reporting & Analytics
- Develop, maintain, and deliver regular sales reports
- Create high‑quality ad‑hoc reports and analyses
- Build dashboards and reporting tools using multiple data sources
- Ensure strong data quality control and reporting accuracy
- Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
2. Sales Planning Tools & Forecast Support
- Maintain sales planning tools combining actuals and estimates
- Upload actuals into planning tools using VBA and SQL
- Support bottom‑up Profit Forecast cycles and target‑setting processes
- Partner with the Sales Planning & Reporting Manager on planning activities
- Ensure consistency and reliability of planning outputs
3. Systems, Training & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain KLEE and Connector systems
- Provide HANA training for new users and other departments
- Identify opportunities to improve tools, automation, and reporting processes
- Support standardization and best practices across the region
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a detail‑oriented and analytical professional, you enjoy working with data and building tools that drive business performance.
Your skills and experience include:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Statistics, or similar
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar analytics or reporting role
- Advanced data‑analysis skills (Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI, MS Access)
- Strong VBA programming skills; SQL knowledge is an asset
- Experience building reports and dashboards from scratch
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
