RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Your main focus:

  • Developing and maintaining a solid, long-term relationship with assigned customers
  • Owning responsibility for results delivery in line with the company targets
  • Owning P&L of assigned customers to improve the Gross – to – Net results
  • Very deep understanding of the business and assigned customer
  • Leading annual negotiations with dedicated customers including yearly business plan
  • Strategic planning to improve customers results
  • Implementing strategic company priorities in cooperation with assigned customers
  • Anticipating customers changes and improvements
  • Analyzing customers data to provide better results
  • Effectively collaborating in a multifunctional environment: daily cooperation with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Demand Planning and Supply Chain departments
  • Managing, developing and motivating dedicated team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to communicate and build relationship with customers, you have strong analytical and negotiation skills as an experienced Sales Manager.

 

Other than that, you have:

  • 6 years of experience in Key Account Management / Sales / Customer Marketing
  • 3 years of professional experience in people management
  • Highly developed negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability of multitasking, prioritization, effective time management
  • Well-developed independence and ability to make decisions
  • Proactivity and self-starter attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and business driver attitude
  • Fluency in Polish and English
