E-commerce Key Account Manager
E‑COMMERCE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
SALES – E‑COMMERCE
As our E‑commerce Key Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with key online customers — including Amazon, Allegro and major marketplaces — driving performance, flawless content execution, and business acceleration for Coty’s portfolio. You will work hands‑on with a broad product assortment, shape digital visibility, and deliver strong sales performance across priority e‑commerce partners.
THE ROLE

As our E‑commerce Key Account Manager, you play a critical role in developing customer partnerships, managing a large beauty portfolio, driving P&L results, and executing digital excellence across marketplace and pure‑player channels.You will be reporting to the E‑commerce Channel Manager, and you will manage:
1. Customer Management & Business Growth
- Build and maintain relationships with Amazon, Allegro, and other marketplace or corporate e‑commerce customers.
- Lead annual negotiations and monthly business updates.
- Reach sales targets and manage KPIs linked to three key customers.
- Drive catalog management and product implementation.
- Ensure customer compliance with content uploads and product visibility standards.
2. Commercial Performance & Forecasting
- Own P&L of assigned customers to improve Gross‑to‑Net.
- Prepare and manage forecasts, customer reporting, and periodic target updates.
- Analyze results and propose actions to unlock growth.
3. Operational Execution & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Cooperate daily with e‑commerce teams, marketplace partners (Allegro, AMPI, Amazon), and the marketing agency on content implementation and adjustments.
- Manage the full order‑to‑payment flow with Customer Service and Finance.
- Update catalog content and ensure high‑quality digital shelf execution.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and the global e‑commerce community as the function expands.
- Coordinate yearly marketing activations and events.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an early‑career E‑commerce Account Manager (1–3 years), you thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. You enjoy working independently but love teamwork and cross‑functional projects. You are proactive, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow in e‑commerce for the years ahead.
- Experience in e‑commerce account management, ideally with Amazon, Allegro or major marketplace partners.
- Experience working with a large product portfolio; beauty category exposure is a strong plus.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reporting files.
- Understanding of digital content management and e‑commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and accountability.
- Fluent in English; Polish is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently.
