(Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary & Slovakia)

THE ROLE
The Market Supply Director has a key leadership role accountable for leading and driving the supply chain function for Coty’s CEE Supply chain operations and partnering with local Commercial leadership team focusing on leading the full cycle of S&OP including demand, supply & initiative planning including local availability management, Customer service and customer collaboration and product customization. The role requires significant matrix management including the key interfaces with the Global planning hubs and partnering with the Logistics/DC organization for all shipments made by Coty’s DCs which serve the CEE business.

Core Responsibilities
- Co-create the long-term departmental strategy with the Supply Chain leader of the market, engaging the team and stakeholders to the vision and goals.
- Define and lead short and medium-term strategies, aligned with the Planning vision and long-term strategy, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement so that KPIs and deliverables are successfully executed.
- Build dependable and partnering relationships with key senior stakeholders across a global network to deliver targets.
- Lead the resolution of problems escalated, by creating mitigation plans and engaging the team to the solution, following the relevant process. Escalate the issues further, as necessary, making recommendations for change and leading the change process to successful implementation.
- Be a strategic partner by delivering, optimizing, and analyzing reports and projections for the assigned scope, identifying anomalies, trends and intelligence making recommendations accordingly.
- Develop and execute a robust S&OP strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term business objectives.
- Manages local Initiatives Planning process - local Initiatives CPS management, collaboration with global Lifecycle managers.
- Manages Supply Planning process. Collaboration with Planning centers (collaboration models/service Level agreements/service improvement action plan) and with global and local DCs
- Delivers Customer Service: Order Management process, Master Data process, SAP accuracy and SOX controls. Enable the shipment process support from the moment of receipt of the order to shipment of the order from the warehouse to delivery at the customer
- Manages Customer Collaboration based on Trade terms agreement and supports as needed negotiation with national accounts.
- Monitors Logistics performance in collaboration with the regional Logistics team: DC management; Quality Assurance; Customization; Transportation,
- Collaborates and reports to Europe Supply Chain management.

- Define and set individual and team goals, standards of performance and KPIs in line with the strategy, ensuring stretch and accountability to deliver.

- Coach and engage Managers and Senior Managers in people management and develop their teams to ensure talent retention and succession pipelines are created.

- Lead the development and improvement of processes and tools using analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Set a culture of continuous improvement by challenging and encouraging the wider team to develop their ideas/ways of working.
- Find opportunities to create change and lead the team through change by setting the right tone and approach with regular direction setting.
Project Management
- Provide strategic input to the team in the project management of Supply Chain projects.
- Engage partners throughout the Supply Chain to ensure aligned direction and collaborative working relationships.
- Lead regional and global projects as necessary, ensuring success by aligning resources, approach, and priority setting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management and associated functions at a senior level in a commercial/FMCG environment
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation including transportation of dangerous goods and relevant Standards.
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics
- Experience managing key stakeholders, great written and communication skills.
- Advanced user of Excel and ERP/business systems ideally SAP
- Practical knowledge of specific supply chain area (planning/ customer service/logistic) and ideally collaborating directly with customers and leading the S&OP process
- Ability to manage a broad and complex portfolio of goods, focusing on prioritizing against a challenging backdrop of business change.
- Robust Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to demonstrate management skills: setting clear objectives, feedback, communication, recognition, development of others and flexibility and operate on the country leadership team.
- Fluent in English & ideally in Polish Language
