SENIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING SPECIALIST (DRUGSTORE)

As our Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you will drive customer‑centric activation and trade marketing excellence for the Body Care category, translating brand strategy into impactful in‑store and customer executions that fuel category and brand growth.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you play a critical role in developing and executing trade marketing plans across Drugstore and Traditional Trade channels. You will manage POS execution, customer activations, and budget ownership while leveraging insights and market data to continuously improve performance and competitiveness.
You will be reporting to the Customer Marketing leadership, and you will manage:
1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans for the Body Care category
- Drive activations across Drugstore and Traditional Trade channels (e.g. Hebe, Superpharm)
- Deliver input into the yearly trade marketing plan
- Ensure alignment with global guidelines and brand strategy
- Drive innovative and impactful trade activities
2. POS, Promotions & Customer Activations
- Coordinate POS production workflows with external partners
- Develop, execute, and evaluate trade activities (contests, loyalty programs, promotions)
- Ensure flawless execution at customer level
- Manage timelines, quality, and compliance of materials
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
3. Analytics, Budget & Market Insights
- Manage and control trade marketing budgets effectively
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance and ROI
- Conduct competition analysis and benchmarking
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Support data‑driven decision‑making for future activations
YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Your skills and experience include:
- 2–3 years of experience in trade, customer, or shopper marketing
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to translate insights into strategic plans
- Excellent organizational and project‑management skills
- “Own it, drive it” mindset with strong team spirit
- Strong communication skills and strategic thinking
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Experience with AC Nielsen / GfK is a plus
