As our Senior Channel Manager, you will own the performance of assigned customers, drive profitable growth, and build strong long‑term partnerships while delivering Coty’s strategic priorities across key channels.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Senior Channel Manager, you play a critical role in driving customer performance and profitability. You will own P&L results, lead annual negotiations, translate company strategy into customer plans, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver sustainable growth across your channel portfolio.
You will be reporting to the Commercial / Sales leadership, and you will manage:
1. Customer & P&L Ownership
- Own P&L for assigned customers, improving Gross‑to‑Net results
- Deliver results in line with company targets
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Develop deep understanding of customer and channel dynamics
- Anticipate customer changes and identify growth opportunities
2. Commercial Strategy & Negotiations
- Lead annual negotiations and yearly business plans with customers
- Translate strategic company priorities into customer execution plans
- Drive strategic planning to improve customer results
- Analyze customer data to support decision‑making
- Identify risks and opportunities to maximize performance
3. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Team Management
- Collaborate daily with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Customer Service
- Lead, develop, and motivate a dedicated team
- Act as a strong business partner internally and externally
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and execution
- Drive a performance‑oriented, collaborative team culture
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced sales leader, you thrive on building customer relationships and driving results. You combine strong analytical thinking with negotiation excellence and lead with ownership.
Your skills and experience include:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Marketing
- At least 3 years of people‑management experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make independent decisions
- Proactive, self‑starter mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team‑player with a business‑driver attitude
- Fluency in English and Polish
