SALES CONTROLLING & REVENUE MANAGEMENT SENIOR MANAGER CEE
We’re looking for a strategic and business-driven Sales Controlling & Revenue Management Senior Manager CEE to join our team, based in Warsaw. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and develop a regional team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania, driving excellence in financial performance management, trade investment efficiency, and revenue optimization.
This position combines strategic thinking with operational leadership — your expertise will ensure accuracy in commercial finance processes, strengthen profitability across markets, and provide critical insights that shape business decisions for our CEE region.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Controllers and Revenue Managers across four CEE markets, fostering collaboration and capability development.
- Oversee Month-End Closing processes, ensuring accuracy of contractual and non-contractual accruals (returns, markdowns, trade spends).
- Manage Gross-to-Net (GtN) and trade investment analysis, providing insights to improve profitability and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Drive pricing and revenue management initiatives, including annual list price reviews, promotional ROI analysis, and customer mix optimization.
- Ensure compliance of customer contracts and trade terms across the region, maintaining robust documentation and audit readiness.
- Support trade investment modelling and develop financial tools that enhance business understanding and decision support.
- Consolidate and report key Sales Controlling and Revenue Management KPIs at regional level, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.
- Act as a strategic business partner to commercial leaders, providing guidance on profitability, investment efficiency, and growth opportunities.

The team consists of 6 direct reports (4 Sales Controllers and 2 Revenue Managers), and you will work closely with departments such as Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Other than that, you:
- Have 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Controlling, Revenue Management, or Commercial Finance
- Bring proven people management experience, ideally across multi-country teams
- Have a background in FMCG companies
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and financial acumen (P&L, GtN, pricing)
- Are proficient in Excel, SAP, BI tools; Power BI is a plus
- Communicate fluently in English and Polish; CEE languages are an asset
