GLOBAL REWARDS
As our Rewards Tools, Processes & Analytics Expert, you will optimize global reward operations, streamline tools and systems, and enable data‑driven decisions across Coty’s worldwide reward ecosystem.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Rewards Tools, Processes & Analytics Expert, you play a critical role in building, improving, and maintaining the tools and processes that support Coty’s global reward strategy. You will drive operational excellence, ensure data integrity, and deliver analytics that support better, faster decision‑making across our global teams.
You will be reporting to the Global Rewards leadership, and you will manage:
1. Reward Tools & Process Optimization
- Design and maintain key reward processes (salary review, bonus cycles, job evaluations, mobility workflows).
- Build and enhance automated tools, templates, dashboards, and macros.
- Partner with HRIS to translate reward needs into system configurations.
- Develop and maintain preventive controls and data validation steps.
- Improve process efficiency and user experience across teams.
2. Rewards Systems & HRIS Collaboration
- Work with HRIS and HR Operations to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Support configuration updates and enhancements in Workday/SAP SF/Oracle HCM.
- Maintain workflows, mappings, and system documentation.
- Support testing cycles and system rollouts.
- Ensure continuous alignment between business needs and HR technology.
3. Analytics & Insights
- Deliver dashboards for merit, bonus, pay equity, cost tracking, and workforce insights.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations to support decision‑making.
- Ensure strong data integrity through reconciliations and rules.
- Lead data collection, consolidation, and reporting cycles.
- Translate analytics into meaningful insights for global reward partners.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced reward operations professional, you simplify complexity, build smart tools, and use data to drive clarity. You thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment and enjoy working with global stakeholders.
Your skills include:
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA/macros)
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong understanding of reward processes, benchmarking & pay equity
- Ability to map, document, and optimize processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Analytical yet pragmatic mindset
- High attention to detail & data accuracy
