Retail Merchandising Manager CEE

As our Retail Merchandising Manager CEE, you will turn marketing plans and product launches into high-quality in-store execution. You will manage merchandising projects, point-of-sale materials, beauty fixture updates, planograms, and brand visibility initiatives across CEE markets.

This is a hands-on project management role for someone who enjoys making things happen and seeing visible results. You will coordinate projects from brief to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Excellent execution is at the heart of the role. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop your strategic thinking, contribute ideas, recommend improvements, and gradually take a broader perspective across brands, retailers, and markets.

What will you do?

• Manage merchandising projects from brief through production and in-store implementation.
• Coordinate point-of-sale materials, planograms, beauty fixture updates, and beauty bar remodelling.
• Support product launches and innovation waves across CEE markets.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, retailers, agencies, suppliers, and installation partners.
• Manage several projects with different timelines and levels of complexity.
• Track budgets, timelines, and key deliverables.
• Identify practical improvements in execution, efficiency, and ways of working.
• Use your project experience and market observations to contribute to broader merchandising plans and recommendations.

What will help you succeed?

You do not need previous experience in the beauty industry. Experience in merchandising, retail execution, point-of-sale materials, production, trade marketing, or operational project management will be highly relevant.
