Key Account Manager
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – ROSSMANN (Make-up Category)

As our Key Account Manager, you will own the commercial performance of assigned customers, building strong long‑term partnerships, driving profitable growth, and translating Coty’s strategic priorities into customer‑level execution.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Key Account Manager, you play a critical role in delivering customer results by owning the P&L, leading negotiations, and managing the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash process. You will partner closely with internal teams and customers to drive Gross‑to‑Net optimization, ensure execution excellence, and deliver sustainable growth.
You will be reporting to the Senior Channel Manager, and you will manage:
1. Customer & P&L Ownership
- Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned customers
- Own P&L performance and deliver results in line with company targets
- Improve Gross‑to‑Net results through effective commercial steering
- Drive customer performance through data‑driven insights
- Act as key commercial owner for assigned accounts
2. Negotiations & Commercial Planning
- Lead annual negotiations including yearly business plans
- Own monthly business updates and Sales & Operations Planning discussions
- Implement strategic company priorities in close cooperation with customers
- Translate brand and company strategy into customer plans
- Anticipate customer needs and identify growth opportunities
3. Order‑to‑Cash & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Own the end‑to‑end process from order to payment for assigned customers
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Finance on execution and cash collection
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain
- Ensure alignment and high‑quality execution across all touchpoints
- Act as central coordination point for the customer internally
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an experienced Key Account Manager, you thrive in a fast‑paced, international FMCG environment and are energized by owning customer results.
Your skills and experience include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales
- Experience in FMCG; exposure to modern trade / drugstore channels is a strong asset
- Good understanding of make‑up categories (asset)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Results‑oriented mindset with focus on quantitative targets
- Proactive, independent, and self‑starter attitude
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Very good command of English and Polish
