RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Junior In-store Solutions Manager to join our HQ in Warsaw. As part of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing in-store solutions to reinforce the visibility of Coty brands.

Your main focus : 

• Create merchandising standards for PL and CEE
• Design and implement strategies to enhance in-store visibility for Coty brands
• Develop, execute, and monitor planograms to drive sales growth
• Introduce new products to Beauty Bars: planning and execution
• Design and produce POS materials; collaborate with suppliers
• Conduct regular store checks and prepare feedback on market conditions, product availability, and visibility
• Effective budget management
• Marketing warehouse management

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• At least 3 years’ experience in Trade Marketing/Marketing
• Strong project management and self-organization skills
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to and manage changes effectively.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Trade Marketing tools and proficiency in using them.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
