Junior HR Generalist
JUNIOR HR GENERALIST
HUMAN RESOURCES / HR OPERATIONS
As our Junior HR Generalist, you will support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate data management, smooth administrative workflows, and a positive employee experience across the organisation.
THE ROLE

As our Junior HR Generalist, you play a critical role in supporting daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee data, and delivering efficient administrative support. You will assist across key HR processes—from onboarding to reporting—while ensuring high‑quality service and a seamless employee experience.
You will be reporting to the HR Operations / HR leadership, and you will manage:
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative processes
- Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, letters, employee records)
- Maintain HR systems and ensure employee data accuracy and completeness
- Update organizational charts to reflect structural changes
- Handle employee queries with accuracy and clear communication
- Support onboarding activities and employee lifecycle processes
2. Benefits, Administration & Process Support
- Support benefits administration and coordination with vendors
- Create and process purchase orders, support invoice tracking and documentation
- Monitor compliance topics such as medical checks and safety training
3. HR Data, Reporting & Analytics Support
- Perform regular data checks and ensure system consistency
- Work with large datasets (data entry, validation, maintenance)
- Support preparation of HR reports, summaries, and presentations
- Assist in basic data analysis and highlighting key insights
4. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Support coordination of engagement initiatives, trainings, and team activities
- Assist in preparing internal communications (newsletters, HR updates)
- Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As an early‑career HR professional, you are detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Your skills and experience include:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or a similar support role
- Strong interest in HR processes and operations
- Fluent level of English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents
- Comfortable working with repetitive, administrative tasks
- Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and discretion handling confidential information
