Junior Customer Marketing Manager
JUNIOR CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER / Trade Marketing
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team in Warsaw, reporting to a Senior Customer Marketing Manager. You’ll work on some of our biggest brands in the Body Care category, with a primary focus on key discount retailers.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing & executing trade marketing plan in assigned category in dedicated customers within one of our biggest brands
- Coordinating POS production workflow with third party partners in line with global guidelines
- Developing, executing and posting evaluation of trade activities (e.g. consumer contests, loyalty programs) in dedicated customers
- Analyzing competition, do benchmarking
- Preparing adequate reports and presentations
- Having proactive & innovative approach to trade activities
- Delivering input to yearly trade marketing plan for Body Care category
- Planning & effective budget management
- Closing cooperation with internal & external partners

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are passionate about beauty! As an experienced Junior Customer Marketing Manager, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action
- Experience working with large retailers or discount chains
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A proactive, “own it–drive it” attitude and strong team spirit
- Experience in AC Nielsen / GFK would be an advantage
