RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:

• Developing demand planning forecast in units and values for dedicated brands

• Reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, developing statistical forecast models and evaluating forecast results
• Building the forecast on SKU level for assigned country
• Cooperating with Sales, Customer Marketing, Marketing and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers
• Presenting forecast results, construction and trends on business meetings
• Managing forecasting meeting for the owned categories/brands to obtain demand planning input to assure alignment between Company sales plans and rolling forecast (up to 18 months), highlighting deviations between the plans
• Developing, maintaining and reporting forecast accuracy with root cause analysis to drive improved outputs
• Driving and supporting global and local demand planning, supply chain and logistic related projects

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 You are passionate about beauty! As an experienced Demand Planner, you will get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain business or a related field required
• Minimum 1,5 years of progressive job experience in demand or supply planning
• Working knowledge of SAP and demand planning tools (JDA, o9)
• Strong analytical skills required with ability to draw and present findings on solutions
• Ability to build relationships with other team members and gain commitment toward stated goals
• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Excellent Polish & English communication skills (written and verbal)
