ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager CEE to join our Marketing team. On this position You will be responsible for brand and consumer activation for Rimmel brand across CEE markets, developing ground-breaking campaigns, bringing bold ideas to life, and contributing to brand equity building. Reporting to a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will get to work across entire Rimmel brand portfolio in multiple CEE markets, develop 360 campaigns driving brand equity awareness as well as short-term and long-term brand business performance.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
- drive consumer agenda: understand the needs, preferences, values, behavior, and demographics of our current and potential consumer, finding disruptive ideas that connect with consumers
- activate NPDs across CEE through development of integrated marketing campaigns that maximize business potential of initiative and deliver strong ROI: consumer insight -> big idea/communication hierarchy -> multi-touchpoint execution (TV, digital, IM, trade etc) -> post-evaluation (quali&quanti).
- manage brand media plan (including IM) execution across CEE markets, including briefs, agency relationships, assets creation, global alignment, with support from the Senior Brand Manager.
- Own brand A&CP budget, ensuring effective and accurate budget management including administration of invoices, monthly accruals, and budget trackers reports
- cooperate with Customer Marketing across CEE region and In-store execution team to ensure best in class brand communication and in-store execution that drive off-take
- coordinate with internal PR/ Influencer Marketing team to drive consumer engagement and reach.
- brand and market/competition activation analysis, development and delivery of brand presentations to internal and external stakeholders, including retailers, media partners, internal teams across CEE, global Marketing leadership team, providing insights to relevant team members.
- with the support of the Senior Brand Manager, create and implement brand strategy which includes short-term intervention plans as well as longer term brand vision goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- 4+ year experience with FMCG market (preferably beauty) with strong NPD pipe and dense marketing plan (at least 4 integrated marketing campaigns/year)
- Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns with high business potential and positive ROI
- hands drown experience in 360 brand activations: TV, digital (owned, paid, earned), Influencer Marketing, in-store brand animation.
- cross-functional project leadership skills. Ability to lead projects engaging multiple stakeholders with timely delivery of high-quality output
- data driven decision making approach. Experience with market/consumer research, Retail measurement data literacy (Nielsen data panels), ability to navigate core media KPIs, draw relevant conclusions and its application to campaign optimization
- marketing budget management. Ability to draft relevant budget and manage budget related process (reports, PO, invoicing with supplier)
- Proficient English (daily work)
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a Business-related degree preferable
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and excel.
Desirable:
- Cross-market leadership skills (managing 3+ markets)
- Localization of global campaigns, close cooperation with global brand leadership team.
