In an effort to display our Prestige Fragrance, Cosmetic and Skincare brands in stores, we seek a Visual Merchandising Intern to coordinate every detail of our seasonal updates. Along with the Director of Visual Merchandising, the Visual Merchandising Intern will play a key role in project management and execution.

The Visual Merchandising Intern will work with cross-functional teams to plan, organize and deliver high-quality displays.

The Visual Merchandising Intern will report primarily into the Director of Merchandising, with strong collaboration with the Field Execution Team, Marketing & Sales Teams, Global Merchandising contacts, and outside Vendors.

The Visual Merchandising Intern is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry with a strong interest in elevating brands within the retail environment.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Seasonal updates to launch innovation: planograms, tests, prototypes, approvals, production
• Project management: renderings, project briefs, budgets, timelines, coordination, execution
• Administrative support: purchase orders, budget tracking, maintaining files, improving processes

We’d love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Visual Merchandising) with proven organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Undergraduate degree required.  MBA a plus

Desirable:

• Prestige/luxury brand experience preferred
• Retail experience an asset
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with teams
