Paid Marketing Internship, COVERGIRL & Rimmel London - 1 year contract

We’re looking for a motivated Brand Marketing Intern to join the Canadian Cosmetics Team. Whether you’re a new graduate or professional looking for experience in the beauty industry, this role offers meaningful hands on work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Consumer Beauty Marketing Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic global brands COVERGIRL and Rimmel London.

THE ROLE

In this role you will gain hands-on marketing experience and exposure to our portfolio of iconic global brands. You will primarily be responsible for:

• Coordinating with internal and agency teams to own creative and copy for in-store/online marketing materials, such as digital assets, in-store display, and flyers
• Project managing the execution of brand and retailer experiences such as events, buying shows, and trainings
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all marketing objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion
• Analyzing trends and consumer data to track performance and identify new opportunities
• Managing inventory requests, material orders, and related administration execution

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills – and is an enthusiastic beauty consumer, well-versed in the latest trends!

We’d love to see candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s Degree - Administration/Business/Marketing
• MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel)
• A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent organization skills and team player mindset
• Ability to seamlessly work across multiple projects involving various stakeholders with a “can do” attitude and attention to detail
• Creative, with a grasp of aesthetic sensibility and beauty trends
