Collaborators:  Local Commercial Team/Marketing Team, E-retailers (Department Stores, EC Pure Player)

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

Assistant for eCommerce

• E-Retailer sites operation support and management for multiple platform (Department Store and Pureplayer sites);
• Running existing sites and launching new sites for Luxury (primarily) and Consumer (part of)  Business Unit by arranging the copy and images, communication with each retailers, schedule management and order support, etc.
• Creating sales reports and documentation
• Prestige Sales Team support (preparation for training, create sales report etc)
• Prepare EC materials and brand asseti
• Execute Packing-working for product send-out
