Digital CRM Specialist

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

The Digital CRM Specialist will support the smooth execution of the brand’s digital marketing and CRM initiatives, with a primary focus on digital advertising, LINE, and @cosme operations.

This role requires close collaboration with the global team, advertising agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in daily operations.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Digital Advertising Operations

    • Organize and coordinate digital assets with advertising agencies and media partners
    • Support the preparation of materials for global approvals
    • Manage the production process of various digital contents
    • Handle purchase order (PO) issuance
    • Coordinate the shipment of products and samples
    • Support the creation of in-store operation manuals

LINE Operations

    • Write, review, and proofread copy for LINE communications
    • Set up and distribute LINE messages and LINE VOOM content

@cosme Operations

    • Maintain the official brand account via CMS
    • Coordinate logistics and arrangements for campaign applications

Approval & Market Intelligence

    • Collect and organize information for approval materials
    • Research and summarize industry and market trends

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in brand business, preferably within the luxury or premium industry
  • Experience in digital marketing, or a strong interest in the field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and write in English for understanding global materials and email communication
