Senior Marketing Manager - Colour Cosmetics Brands

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Marketing Director-Consumer Beauty, you will lead the CB colour cosmetics brand portfolio utilising strategic and creative thinking to set the overall vision. Be the lead brand custodian bridging Global Marketing and local market execution to ensure local consumer relevance and growth of the brand within global guidelines. Drive brand execution via leadership of the brand teams to deliver top and bottom-line growth.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Lead and direct the teams to develop annual brand plans and initiatives that will deliver against the budgeted sales, profit and market share KPIs.
  • Manage roll-up of colour cosmetics brand budgets and P&L to ensure ROI and efficiency per brand.
  • Drive analysis of market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of the 6 monthly retailer strategy presentations and special project presentations to key accounts in conjunction with the Sales team.
  • Leverage insights, data, and feedback to shape strategies and optimise performance.
  • Lead regular competitive reviews and brand health tracking across the colour cosmetics portfolio.
  • Lead the strategic planning of omni-channel launch and campaign frameworks, ensuring flawless storytelling from awareness through to conversion.
  • Champion a premium and cohesive brand experience across all beauty touchpoints—retail environments, digital shelf, social platforms, influencers, paid media, and editorial.
  • Guide teams to adopt an integrated mindset, ensuring channel plans support a unified brand voice and commercial ambition.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing at degree level.
  • 7 + years’ experience in a senior brand management or similar marketing role.
  • Significant beauty experience and background in mass market / FMCG across grocery, discount department store and pharmacy channels.
  • High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams.
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
