THE ROLE

In this role you will provide administrative support to the National Account Manager with account processes and procedures.

 

Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the sales team to streamline sales processes and provide any assistance 
  • Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports and updates to all relevant stakeholders for all brands
  • Manage monthly and NPD orders liaising with key departments within Coty and with external key contacts
  • Manage retailer image requests and liaise with the trade marketing team or brand teams for renders or artwork
  • Coordinate and submit catalogue advertisement submission forms, artwork requests, and manage tight timelines
  • Create and maintain templates for promotional activities relating to retailers and field team
  • Coordinate claims and invoice processing and payments utilising SAP software
  • Assist in the management and resolution of daily queries from key account headquarters

 

You will have:

  • HSC/tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an Administration role
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Excel skills at an intermediate to high level
  • Background/experience in the Pharmacy, FMCG or Beauty background a plus
  • High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with sales and other functional teams
  • Strong analytical, thinking and problem solving skills 
  • High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
