National Business Manager General Pharmacy

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Lead the General Pharmacy Channel, responsible for the pharmacy groups and independent pharmacies across Australia driving the Coty Consumer Beauty and Luxury portfolio.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Full ownership of the go to market strategy to drive commercial competitive advantage for Coty.
  • Responsible for management and coaching the team which will comprise of, but is not limited to, State Field Managers, National Account Executives and Senior National Account Managers. You will coach through persuasion and influence rather than power. Inspire credibility. Acts as a visible mentor and coach.
  • Build strategic plans to grow specified categories of business within the channel to deliver short and long term company, customer and consumer objectives.
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of a customer specific promotion plan for our leading Coty brands liaising with Marketing/Demand Planning/Trade Marketing/POS and customer buyer and supply teams
  • Liaise with Demand Planning and communicate any stock availability issues to the customer.
  • Prepare S&OP inputs detailing the 3,6 and 12 month forecast and financial outlook.
  • Track customer distribution numbers and update all forecasts accordingly
  • Analysis of customer EPOS data to track new product launches
