About the role: This is a 12 month contract position covering an employee on maternity leave.
Focused on HR consulting and coaching to the business, provide both strategic and operational support through critical thinking, planning and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders at local, regional and global levels. 


Reporting to the Senior HR Director - ANZ, you will:

  • Work with business leaders on people and culture issues, performance management, succession planning, talent management, high-potential employee development and talent aspects of organizational structure changes.
  • Communicate the business value of HR initiatives and manage the launch of HR projects. 
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection processes including advice and support to hiring managers. 
  • Provide HR administration support as required including employment documentation, reporting and system maintenance.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes, employee files and ensure that employee data is regularly updated and maintained in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Assist with learning & development initiatives. 
  • Develop, review and maintain HR policies and procedures as required.
  • Assist with workplace health and safety activities. 


You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar at a degree level
  • Experience working as a HR Business Partner.  
  • An FMCG background will be highly regarded.
  • Understanding of Australian employment legislation and experience handling employee relations.
  • High level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • High level ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills.
