ABOUT THE ROLE: 
With the main objective of facilitating increased sales performance for Coty’s Luxury division, you will deliver best in class Retail Education with a focus on 360 Consumer Experience to inspire and motivate our team of talented Beauty Advisors across multiple channels.

As the Education Executive for Fragrance, you will champion the global strategy at a local level. Ensuring that all customer needs are met and that we are facilitating the customer journey at all touch points.

REPORTING TO THE EDUCATION MANAGER – PRESTIGE AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND, YOU WILL:

Deliver the national Fragrance education plan to support national brand strategies across but not limited to: Burberry, Gucci, Calvin Klein, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Boss & Kylie Jenner Fragrances

• Develop and implement National Fragrance and Ultra Premium Fragrance Masterclasses, adopting global principles.
• Support, coach, develop and mentor Instore Experience Coaches to success and lead Fragrance Beauty Advisor induction program for all new door openings.
• Implement a Digital first education plan – WeLiveBeauty (our education app), social advocacy and virtual training.
• Be at the forefront of Fragrance trends and champion the categories, Counter Services and Online Retailer Masterclasses.
• Work closely with Sephora and Mecca to create mutually beneficial education plans to drive brand love and sales in channel.
• Support the National Retail Excellence Manager to deliver all Retail Excellence objectives across both Retail Education & the 360 Consumer Experience.
• Manage local executions along with the account manager to deliver agreed targets and goals. Including but not limited to: training, event set up, liaising with local centre management, daily open/close, and shift work throughout the event.
• Daily management of assigned training and travel budget.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with an ability to present with credibility and authority.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to encourage, motivate and relate to people at all levels.
• An ability to juggle multiple brand identities and actively communicate passion for brands across all consumer touchpoints
• The ability to travel domestically with a minimum of 4 trips per year.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• At least 3 years in a similar role, with a strong background within the beauty industry and have extensive experience and passion with Fragrance.
• Proven track record developing and coaching teams of Beauty Advisors to success and displaying mastery in training others and influencing practices and behaviours.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs: PPT, Word, Excel, while also having an aptitude for using digital tools and social media.
