ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Digital Activations & Content Manager – Pharmacy & New Zealand, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns and onsite brand activations across Australia’s largest retailers including Chemist Warehouse and Priceline. You will ensure timely, high-quality delivery of profitable campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and ultimately market share gains.

Reporting to the eCommerce Director, this role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for digital excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital retail media and ecommerce campaigns across key pharmacy partners (Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, General Pharmacy).
  • Develop and implement consumer engagement calendars and retailer-specific playbooks
  • Create and manage campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and budgets while tracking performance and ROI.
  • Manage digital retail media budgets and ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
  • Partner with retailer marketing and ecommerce teams to plan and execute joint media and promotional calendars.
  • Drive flawless brand representation across retailer websites and digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and optimise the digital shelf, including content, availability, search performance, and ratings/reviews (UGAM).
  • Prepare campaign reporting and insights for local and global stakeholders – both internal and external

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing within FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or .com
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing digital campaign budgets, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Confident working with retailer media teams, agencies and ecommerce platforms.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital media – Search, social media, influencer, display, 1:1 and onsite ecommerce capability
