ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

Lead new Initiatives development focus on Color and Skin, will report to Manager

THE ROLE  

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Manage the project as end-to-end model facing primary and secondary packaging delivery working both with in-house plant & 3rd party manufactory.
• Responsible for Concept Cost to meet Marketing expectation with right quality.
• Lead CQV plan include homologation test and line trial to finalize the proper spec.
• Owner for Packaging test methods in coordination with QA design.
• Key user of Spec system with creating codes and all related specification input.
• Trouble shooting and Production support on PKG design issues.
• Undertake the tooling and mold management.
• Work closely within R&D team (IL, Formula, Claim, RA, etc). Good connection with Plant and all business partners (Procurement, Marketing, SC packaging, Logistic, Planning, etc).
• Contribute on Sustainability and Value protection.
• Collaboration on all technical point and development timing.
• Research/Insight and Responsible on the Sustainable and new packaging trend.  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

We’d love to see candidates who have: 

• At least 3 years related experience on packaging development, better cosmetics area, mold validation;
• Above Bachelor degree, prefer in Packaging/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering or relevant industrial expertise;
• Be familiar with different category Finish goods and type of components. Well master all test protocol for different type material.
• Better with prototype and illustration design capabilities.
• Demonstrate self-starter qualities, including analytical, creative, positive and forward thinking attitudes
• Possess excellent communication skill with various group.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.
