THE ROLE  

An exciting challenge within an international fast-growing environment, with a strong focus on delivering trade strategies at a global level. You will be acting as a business driver, delivering the brand concept and supporting the markets with concrete recommendations. As a luxury goods company in constant growth, we are actively looking for a talent who will take charge of this exciting role. This role would be focusing on our prestige brands Gucci, BBY, Chloé. And this role could be based on either in Singapore or in Shanghai, China.

  • Be responsible for providing feedback to Global Teams on local development needs;
  • Collect, compile and analyze markets trends, best practice, feedback and need;
  • Take ownership to develop playbook in terms of art of gifting, KCP etc;
  • Be responsible to create and cascade defined playbook by having it validated with the Fashion House upfront;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Art of gifting:

  • Cowork with the team to define gifting approach providing insight and suggestion, make sure gifiting should be executed by the different brands properly. Customization and personalization should be proposed by the different brands based on their singularity and DNA;
  • Portfolio Gifting plan propose, co-build with the CCO team offers that are relevant and attractive to consumers, for the different KCPs;
  • Merchandising of these gifting offers which should be well integrated in the design of the counter or FSS;

Space requirement versus assortments display for Asia;

  • Guidance in terms of gifting mechanisms and BA training on wrapping and gift execution etc.

 

Promotion Mechanism:

  • Capacity to build templates & analyze them: Joined business plan, promotion weight tracking, promotional mechanisms building

 

Animation of Coty counters and FSS

  • Co-build read-for-use toolboxes to animate Coty counters and FSS with a focus on the service side based on customer identification.
  • Co-build Read-for-use in-store event catalogues per brand. E.g: floral composition workshops for Atelier des Fleurs, Layering workshop for Gucci etc.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operational Marketing position, within a beauty organization or a leading global company very consumer and/or retail centered;
  • Strong commercial sense and business accument, with experience in trade marketing and retail excellence;
  • Agility & ability to think global and local and drive solutions that meet both brand requirements and local commercial realities, experienced a regional role with APAC&GC focus is a plus;
  • Strong communication skill and senior stakeholder management experience; and team working ability;
  • Strong analytical abilities;
  • Highly operational with a can do approach;
  • Curious, proactive attitude and innovative thinking;
  • Business Acumen: Knows how luxury beauty businesses works; knows the competition; strong affinity with the beauty category in a selective environment.
  • Fluent in English;
