Senior FP&A Manager, ISEA

You will lead the financial planning, forecasting & data analysis for India & South-East Asia Markets. Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, helping executives optimize performance and achieve corporate growth objectives.

 

THE ROLE

 

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

 

As our Senior Finance Manager, FP&A, you play a critical role in leading financial planning cycles, delivering data-driven insights, and enhancing reporting and forecasting capabilities to drive strategic decision-making across the region.

 

You will be reporting to CFO APAC, and you will manage:

 

  • Leads Financial planning process for SEA Business including annual budgeting, strategic plan & monthly forecasting process
  • Prepare KPI dashboards, P&L reports, and that clearly track actual performance against targets
  • Automate reporting templates, upgrade financial systems and streamline analytical processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align departmental goals with overall financial
  • Manage the forecasting for Fixed costs & CAPEX financial planning for the BU
  • Prepare financial modelling & scenario planning

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a strategic finance leader with strong analytical capabilities, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are collaborative, results-driven, and highly adaptable, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complexity.

  • Degree in Finance or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in FP&A, prior corporate experience is required.
  • Strong business acumen, sound business judgment, and the ability to provide commercially grounded financial insights.
  • Experience managing the financial aspects of different business models, including subsidiary/affiliate, distributor, and wholesale businesses.
  • Proven ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders with professionalism and finesse.
  • Strong experience in change management and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated project execution capabilities, with a track record of successful implementation and measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and challenges simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex financial modelling, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Hyperion/HFM, and SAP ERP systems.
