Job Title: Intern, SEA

Reporting to: Eleonore Brun and working closely with SEA team

About the Role

Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:

1. Travel Retail Industry

2. Beauty Industry

3. Commercial 

4. Supporting functions (Marketing/Demand Planning/Finance)

5. Ecommerce within Travel Retail

6. Business reporting

7. Reporting systems (Sales reports/TRIP/The HUB)

1. MBU & Business reviews

   1. Generate reports each month for the MBU

   2. Generate reports each month for the Business Review

2. Maintain & update trackers

   1. Work with RS/RM/RSC on allocation & tracking of GWP’s & POS

   2. Work with RS/RM/RSC on the PR/PO process

3. Retail sales reports/documents

   1. Update sell-out reports for retailers & key brands

   2. Completing required documents for NOT purpose for Malaysia

   3. Price list picture update 

   4. Retailer templates: Pricing and Assortment BEC for Dufry, Heinemann MDS files

4. Analysis

   1. BA quarterly allowance 

   2. Monthly incentives analysis

   3. Newness report 

5. Track Retailer & Local Market on-line activities weekly

   1. Track, report & present findings

6. Shipment of IPR/stock to RS’s & retailers

   1. Sending requested/ordered stock to RS/RM & retailers when needed.

ESSENTIAL:

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.

• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.

• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.

• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.

• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.

• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.

• Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.

• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.

• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
