THE ROLE

Job Title: Retail Design Project Management Intern
Reporting to: Senior Retail Design Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Design Project Management Intern based in Singapore to support retail design projects across travel retail markets, including store openings, pop-ups and in-store activations. The role will also support day-to-day project coordination, supplier communication and administrative tasks, while gaining exposure to the adaptation of global brand guidelines for local market implementation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management Support:

Assist in tracking end-to-end project timelines for permanent counters and temporary animations to support 100% on-time delivery.

Support the maintenance of the regional POS, ensuring counters are in good condition at all times.

Consolidate weekly installation reports from contractors to help monitor project progress across various regional markets.
Design & Technical Assistance:

Support the adaptation of Global Design guidelines for local Travel Retail environments under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Coordinate the material sample approval process between regional teams and Global Brand offices.

Assist in collating technical site surveys, floor plans, and renderings required for space pitches.
Operational & Administrative Coordination:

Handle administrative tasks including PO issuance, tracking invoice approvals, and following up on vendor delivery schedules.

Maintain the library of approved material samples for the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
-
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.

Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint. For Retail Design Project Management Interns, skilled in the use of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator will be a plus.

Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Retail Project Management: Gain hands-on exposure in supporting retail design and visual merchandising projects across Travel Retail APAC, including store openings, pop-ups and in-store activations, while learning how to manage timelines, supplier coordination and project execution.

Retail Design & Visual Merchandising: Develop an understanding of retail design principles, visual merchandising execution and adaptation of Global design guidelines for local market implementation, with a focus on enhancing shopper experience and brand visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations: Learn how to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers and regional teams while developing strong coordination, communication and operational support skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
