THE ROLE
About the Role
This role sits within the Commercial Singapore team, and provides support the for team in achieving NR and Sellout targets by ensuring seamless operations both at sales floor, and at Coty backend. This role will require the candidate to be skilled in Microsoft excel / PowerPoint applications
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following up on delivery fulfilment, errors on ordering codes
- Maintain a clean set of data with retailers, updating them on price changes/ code changes,
- Creation and submission of new sell in forms as required
- Take responsibility for processing invoices
- Ensure all GWPs & testers are delivered on time to our retail partners
- Maintain daily sales data
- Sell-out analysis
- Updates and maintain animation tracker for P&L analysis
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
ESSENTIAL:
- Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan to Jun 2023) for a full-time internship.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
- Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
- Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
- Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
- Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
- Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
