Regional Marketing Manager - Asia Pacific

The Regional Marketing Manager is a key contributor in the Asia Pacific’s Regional Marketing team where the incumbent will be managing the full brand management aspect of the assigned brands including the acceleration of the brands’ growth in the region that encompass the right product portfolio, distributions and investments with relevant KPIs as well as ensuring ROIs. The incumbent has to focus his/her energy on ensuring the icons and pillars of the assigned continue to grow and launch new innovations strongly.

The incumbent needs to maximize the potential of the assigned brands in the Region/Markets through regular local market connect and market study to get the relevant insights to chart white space opportunities, formulate a competitive strategy to gain market share of assigned brands to provide value & guidance to the local markets to accelerate growth.

He/she will be consolidating the marketing calendar of assigned brands for the APAC region, pre-launch strategy with investment in the new innovation, and tracking their performance.

We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • A minimum 8 years of holistic marketing experience in Luxury Beauty. Regional marketing experience will be highly regarded
  • Possess strong business acumen with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong collaborative skills, having the ability to develop effective working relationships both internally & externally and excel in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive, agile, and resilient character
  • Results-orientated and with proven track records
