THE ROLE  

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Regional Procurement Logistics, you play a critical role in various tasks such as data analysis, review of contract at regional level, organise contract checklist and liaise with various stakeholders on various topics including working on cost saving initiatives.

You will be reporting to Senior Manager Regional Procurement Logistics, and you will manage:

1. Data Analysis on Cost comparison within the logistics portfolio in the region
2. Drafting and reviewing contract to ensure all risk avenues are covered in the contract with suppliers
3. Reviewing on all external environment that may impact on the business risk including inflation forecast
4. Support various tenders, projects related APAC Logistics Strategic Roadmap
5. Prepare and coordinate various presentation with different internal/external stakeholders
6. Implement Opportunity For Improvement (OFI) identified by the team

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Procurement Intern you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You possess logistics and/or procurement knowledge. Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality. Ability to be sensitive to cross cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence. Articulate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure. Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun. Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products

• Skilled in Use of MS Office tools in Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Added advantages have the experience with AI proficiency.
• Technical Knowledge of Warehousing and Freight Activities (Air/Sea/Land/Rail)
• Understand the setting up of regional and global organizations
• Understand how external environment may affect business decision making.
