Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:

In this role you will be responsible for:

Work as part of a team to serve as liaison between marketing and other cross functions
-
Assist in end-to-end project management of key on-counter promotional initiatives—from ideation, budget management, briefing vendors, collateral production, guideline creation and final rollout.

Design and update newsletters for all internal TR APAC initiatives (new launch countdown, internal events, quarterly updates newsletter etc.)
-
Request, review and consolidate information for reporting such as promotion photos & results, in-store activities and any other adhoc reporting
-
Monitor competition initiatives in all categories (promotion plan, popups, retailtainment etc.) and assist in analyzing and compiling reports.

In charge of ordering, packing and dissemination of monthly product orders to the office

In charge of planning and procuring all trade media requests, serving as the key point of contact for trade media between TR APAC and Global TR.

Manage, organize & track lab samples & comps for launches
-
Assist in coordination of key events such as Sales and Marketing Meeting (SMM), PR events, BA conference and the Tax-Free World Exhibition.

Support sales teams with brand information (images, codes, etc.) where needed.

Admin support to help marketing team raise POs and liaise with suppliers on matters relating to PO# and invoices

ESSENTIAL:

Able to commit for at least 6 months (Jul-Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.

Must be a creative individual, aesthetically inclined, and comfortable to support with collateral design and ideation (newsletters, signages, retailtainment planning etc.).

Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook (or related email tool), Word and PowerPoint.

Self-Motivated, independent, very organized, with a strong work ethic and displays ability to think outside the box.

Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.

Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.

Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
