MARKETING INTERN

 The Marketing Intern of the Luxury Marketing Team plays a very important supporting role. He or she will partake in tasks relating to Branding Building, 360* Campaigns, Trade Marketing, Public Relations, Events, etc.

He or she will be part of the team who plays our part to carry out our CEO’s Purpose, Mission, Vision & Values to unleash every vision of beauty for COTY.

THE ROLE  

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Marketing Intern, you will be reporting to the Assistant Brand Manager and you will manage:

• Providing support in trade marketing to ensure the commercial success of BTL campaigns

• Working closely with respective agencies to develop/localise global marketing materials that are within brand guidelines for external usage

• Collaborating with and provide guidance to Commercial Team to ensure excellent brand representations and deployments of marketing collaterals/tools

• Assisting in all animation/event pre-preparations and set-ups

• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy in both pre- and post-campaigns’ follow-ups

• Assisting in other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

You will be able to learn:

• A good overview of what the entire 360° spectrum of Marketing entails

• The details and requirements for a successful brand-building campaign

• The focus, grit and dedication to thrive in the Luxury Beauty industry

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2026) for a full-time internship.

• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.

• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.

• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.

• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.

• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.

• Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.

• Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.

• Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
