THE ROLE

About the Role

  • GAIN exposure to brand management in a FMCG beauty industry and acquire marketing skills, both at a strategic and operational level
  • EXPERIENCE working with teams from across SEA and exposure to consumers/customer behaviours in different markets
  • DISCOVER your strengths, interests and suitability for a career in FMCG beauty industry

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the adaptation and preparation of global campaign toolkit for use in distributor markets 
  • Collate information from distributor markets to perform business evaluation (sell-out and promotion analysis), draw workable market insights; provide recommendations to maximize opportunities for the key markets
  • Provide support to regulatory process for new product launches and PIPO of existing products
  • Work with local markets to enhance digital presence and improve shoppabilities of e-com platforms
  • Support team with sales and business landscape analysis, gather competitors trends and activities, etc.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

ESSENTIAL:

  • Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2023) for a full-time internship.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
  • Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
  • Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
