About the Role

Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:

  • How the SEA Distributor Business Unit functions and how to work with all markets to ensure best-in-class executions.
  • The Intern will play an integral role in enabling the business unit to achieve its business goals through operational and execution excellence for both online and offline channels.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple SEA Distributor Markets with Coty Prestige Beauty portfolio (Gucci, Burberry, Chloe, Marc Jacob, Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss fragrances) in strategic & emerging markets.



In this role you will be responsible for:

Commercial & Marketing activities:

  • Support Commercial, Visual Merchandising & Marketing team in the day-to-day activity, working closely with distributors as well as internal cross-functions.
  • Ensure the communication and tracking of the brand offerings.
  • Monitor New Product launches, assortments, and forecasts, in line with the Marketing calendar and Trade Marketing activations.
  • Help Commercial, Marketing & E-com team to follow up on the e-com plan execution as well as mapping competition & online business opportunities.
  • Update markets with latest global launch instore guide.
  • Actively tracking progress on projects statues and proactively reaching out to local teams on any roadblock.
  • Work closely with internal team members to make sure all projects are updated and synchronize.




  • Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (July to Dec 2023) for a full-time internship.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
  • Strong interest in consumer goods and beauty products.
  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends.
  • Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.

    • Improve communication skills, developing strong connections with both internal & external stakeholders, interacting with distributors as well as cross-functions to achieve key objectives.
