Division: APAC + MEA Logistics Finance

Brief overview of Internship

You will shoulder responsibilities pertaining to month-end closing and business performance reviews. You will be exposed to Coty’s logistics business across APAC region and take on projects to help you gain relevant experience to hone your finance & analytical skills. 

Strategic Analysis

• The intern will be assigned based on project basis to study in depth into business performance thus identify category opportunity/ risk; eventually provide suitable recommendations for the business.

Project Management

• The candidate will be assigned on specific projects throughout the internship. Ultimately, he/ she will have full ownership to manage & execute the plan with close guidance from the manager. 

Standard Report & Presentation

• To prepare standard report/ dashboard to enable business performance to be reviewed on timely manners.  

Operation and execution support 

• Preparation of journal entries for month-end closing.
• To provide support to the manager on day-to-day operations

• Able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship.
• Undergraduates preferably in Finance/Accounting/Logistics
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
  • V-lookup, Sum-ifs, Index-match, If-error, count-ifs, IF, count, average etc…
• Collaborative, proactive, creative & independent.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English.
