Main Responsibilities: Global SEA Finance Leadership

• Leads Financial planning process for combined SEA Business
• Optimize the P&L
• Drives different growth and transformation agenda in the 2 divisions and multiple countries
• Accompany on improving Fixed Costs and Capex utilization
• Identifies opportunities to optimize current model and sources of future growth
• Ensures consistency and strategy alignment with Central Guidance

• Manage SOX compliance in the Business Unit

Knowledge and Experience

• Sound business judgment and strong business acumen.
• Successfully applied valuation skills and deep understanding of returns’ drivers.
• Blend of finesse in aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing all financial aspects of different business models (subsidiary/ affiliate, distributor, and wholesale business)
• Skilled in change and stakeholder management
• Astute in project execution as evidenced by implementation results
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple challenges at the same time
• Track record in developing and coaching talent in their organization
• Fluent English, other languages a plus
