E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded intern to support SEA e-commerce content creation, social media content development and campaign planning across key beauty brands. In this role, you will help drive stronger digital storytelling, sharper competitive tracking, and more engaging content assets across e-commerce platforms.
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our SEA E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern, you will support the development of e-commerce and social-first content, track competitor and campaign activity, and help bring brand launches and promotional moments to life across Southeast Asia. You will work closely with the regional e-commerce & marketing team to improve execution and shopper engagement.
You will be reporting to the Assistant eCommerce Manager (SEA), and you will support:
E-commerce Content Creation:
- Compile competitor best practices, trends and content ideas across regional e-commerce platforms.
- Support the creation and adaptation of PDP and A+ content pages.
- Assist with onsite banners, paid media creatives and social content assets.
- Help prepare new product listings and launch assets for e-commerce campaigns.
Social Media Content Support:
- Research TikTok trends, creator content formats and competitor activity.
- Support content ideation for social media and influencer-related activations.
- Assist in conceptualising, filming and editing social media content.
Commercial and Campaign Support:
- Track monthly sales metrics such as revenue, traffic, conversion and order volume.
- Monitor competitor promotions and pricing strategies during key campaign periods.
- Support campaign planning through research, idea generation and coordination of content needs.
Digital Marketing Support:

Update marketing trackers to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of campaigns and activities

Review and refresh expired or outdated content

Support day-to-day digital marketing operations and coordination across channels

Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (July to December 2026) for a full-time internship.

Good communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality and follow-through.

Comfortable working across cultures in a fast-paced regional environment.

Able to analyse trends, compile data and turn insights into actionable ideas.

Strong interest in e-commerce, social media, beauty and consumer brands.

Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Undergraduate available for a full-time internship of at least 6 month
