The Regional Digital & Ecommerce Marketing Executive is responsible to drive the full funnel ecommerce performance across South East Asia and India by developing winning digital campaigns in close collaboration with Global Digital teams & local markets.




  • Market includes: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Distributor markets (India, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.)
  • Division includes: Luxury & Consumer Beauty consists of fragrances, skincare, makeup, nail care and body care

Digital Marketing for all e-commerce channels (Sephora, Lazada, Shopee, etc.)

  • Content: deliver toolkits to the markets for on time implementation, monitor & optimize content performance, work closely with the Ecommerce Content producer.
  • PR/IM/KOL/Livestream: Develop yearly marketing plans for the Ecommerce key markets to support goals, seasonal launches, and promotions with a customer-first mindset. Monitor performance & provide insights for actionable decisions using global tools.
  • Social Media: focus brands skincare (philosophy, etc.). Build owned media content plan for local execution, monitor & optimize performance in close collaboration with local markets & agencies, monthly business review.
  • Offsite digital media: Prepare digital media guidelines for markets, co-build budgets, measure and optimize performance. Work closely with key stakeholders (media agencies, local marketing teams, global digital media team) to ensure successful digital campaign launches, media exposure, and follow-up actions. Track & follow the budget, including operations (PO, accruals, etc.).

Omnichannel special focus (Sephora, Nykaa, Central Online, etc.)

  • Increase online share of voice & e-commerce share of business in collaboration with local market’s KAMs by ensuring:
    • High score on content, availability, ratings & reviews and search. Develop regional toolkits & performance monitoring dashboard.
    • Co-create regional initiatives with e-retailers.
    • Plan digital marketing campaigns guidelines, including paid advertising offsite to improve visibility, drive traffic and increase sales.

Special projects & others

  • Social commerce project management (TikTok shop, Line shopping, etc.)
  • Identify latest digital opportunities by monitoring competitors initiatives, consumer trends, social communities, to make recommendations & inspire the teams with those possibilities.

We’d love to see candidates who have:


  • 2+ years working in digital marketing or e-commerce roles with a track record of success in driving awareness, traffic & revenue growth preferably in a multi-brand and matrixed environment.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Passionate with building audience through consumer centric relevant content, scaling brand & influencer engagement.
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool).
  • Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Natural curious, who likes to be hands-on to learn and develop.
  • Strong interest in skincare, consumer goods and beauty products.
  • Ability to work independently with limited input once objectives have been set.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change.


  • Experience in content editing tools, Adobe creative suite, would be a plus.
  • Experience in using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any ECommerce tools is a plus.
