Digital Intern
DIGITAL MARKETING & ECOMMERCE
This role supports the digital team of Travel Retail APAC in managing ecommerce, social media operations, online media campaigns, and influencer marketing. The candidate can look forward to seeing his/her work exposed on high profile channels, such as retailer sites, social media platforms, and paid media platforms (e.g. Alipay, META, Tiktok, etc.) primarily across high growth regions of Southeast Asia and India.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Digital Intern (Travel Retail APAC), you play a critical role in supporting ecommerce and social media operations, specifically in the high growth regions of Southeast Asia, Indian sub-continent, and Pacific. You will have hands-on experience in planning and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, focusing on the digital amplifications and O2O traffic-driving aspects.
You will be reporting to Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Ecommerce, and you will manage:
Ecommerce and Social Media Operations

Manage and update product listings for new brands and online store openings.

Resolve listing issues (e.g. audit expired visuals) and be key contact to manage requests among global teams, local commercial, and retailers.

Upkeep brand pages and e-boutiques with new and relevant content to enhance engagement online.

Curate social media calendars to support new launches and liaise with retailers to amplify content.

Track and measure reach, engagement, and other metrics as needed.
Omnichannel Campaign Planning and Execution

Design and execute effective digital amplification programmes (e.g. livestreams, social media, display advertising, influencer marketing) that drives O2O traffic and commercial sales growth.

Create and adapt assets (e.g. brand banners, landing pages, etc.) for retailer and paid media campaigns on platforms such as META, Alipay, Tiktok, Ctrip, and more.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, commercial) to ensure smooth execution for campaigns.

Track and report campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and formulate actionable insights for future.
CRM

Leverage retailer’s customer database to create direct communications strategy and plan mechanics for targeted conversion.

Track channel, campaign, and creative performance to enhance future iterations.
