Gain hands-on experience in commercial finance by supporting business planning, financial analysis, reporting, controls, and business partnering activities across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role offers broad exposure to cross-functional teams, financial systems, and strategic decision-making processes while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

THE ROLE  

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Commercial Finance Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team for the Singapore market by contributing to financial planning, management

reporting, financial analysis, compliance activities, and business partnering.

You will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and you will manage:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Support budgeting and monthly forecasting processes

• Prepare weekly sales trackers and shipment status reports

• Analyse variances against budget, forecast, and prior year performance

• Prepare management reports and provide commentary on key business drivers

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal preparation and P&L review

• Support monthly and quarterly financial control and SOX compliance activities

• Monitor and track A&CP spending and business expenses

• Support internal audit requests and financial governance processes

Commercial & Regional Support

• Support price maintenance activities in SAP, Nintex, Kinaxis and STREAM

• Prepare and consolidate reports for Southeast Asia markets

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support special projects

 YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive finance professional in development, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are self-motivated, adaptable,

collaborative, and eager to learn.

• Undergraduate available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months (January to June 2027)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility
• Interest in consumer goods, beauty, and commercial finance
