As Fragrance Brand Ambassador, you will drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences within Boots Meadowhall. You will combine strong selling skills with product knowledge to influence customers, ensuring excellence of execution while bringing fragrance stories to life on the shop floor.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Fragrance Brand Ambassador, you play a critical role in achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards across your counter. You will engage customers through product expertise and ensure the effective day‑to‑day execution of all retail operations.
You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:
Sales & Customer Service
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement
- Build strong relationships to influence and convert customers
- Deliver Coty’s customer service standards in every interaction
- Drive add‑on sales and recommend alternative products
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
Excellence of Execution
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
- Ensure effective day‑to‑day running of the counter
- Complete all company paperwork accurately and within deadlines
- Submit weekly and monthly sales figures with trading commentary
- Adhere to uniform, grooming, and store guidelines at all times
Team & Collaboration
- Maintain clear communication with the Area Manager and Business Manager
- Stay informed of all company initiatives and updates
- Build strong relationships with store staff and management
- Liaise with Coty teams where required to support performance
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a customer‑focused retail professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where service, selling, and standards go hand in hand. You are reliable, proactive, and confident in engaging customers to deliver a premium fragrance experience.
- Previous experience in a similar retail or beauty role
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal ability
- Ability to influence and build customer relationships
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Comfortable using IT tools such as Excel
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
