Lead , elaborate and implement skincare brands’ training program for China market , while taking into account channel specificities.

  • Provide sales teams with all necessary skills to express the brand’s equity, products benefits and beauty results, ensure best in class training performance including selling/service techniques to drive the Coty Luxury business and meet productivity and service goals.
  • Develop a sales oriented mindset among training.  


  • Local adaptation and implementation of all global training programs and materials for market specific needs.
  • Work closely with global training team and coach them on China’s specific needs.
  • Support and deliver training programs in all channels.
  • Coordination, direction and delivery of retailer-specific programs.
  • Management of senior BA recognition and development programs.
  • Administration of the training strategy and Logistics 

Essential Job Duties

Customize and execute on-going/New Initiative training program delivery

  • Develop annual training calendar based on training needs analysis and input from business leaders.
  • Devise tailored training program and strategy for the Coty business to advance BA development and achieve company sales and service objectives.
  • Build a strong and collaborative partnership with the Sales, Marketing to develop and deliver effective training programs and materials.
  • Occasionally coach at POS. Visit stores with local training managers regularly and bring concrete help and advice to the sales force. Demonstrate “on stage” the skills and techniques required by Coty.

Manage and develop BA training 

  • Ensure consistent and effective implementation of all training seminars/programs: wechat learning platform, new product training and Workshops, etc.

Drive KPI’s via COTY Luxury Development Programs

  • Manage and direct programs that focus on sales, service including retail sales performance.
  • To build local BA/FC’s capability.
  • Evaluate, report and address areas of opportunity along with plan for steps to improve.



  • Minimum six to eight (6-8) years’ experience in beauty industry (skincare is preferred)
  • Skincare knowledge and skills proficiency
  • Good English proficiency
  • Proven work experience as an assistant training manager
  • Experience in program development/instructional design
  • Solid coaching, training and communication skills
  • Strong leader with flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Specific experience in classroom style seminar training
  • Exceptional training delivery skills
  • Ability to travel around 20%
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possessing BA/BS degree/Relevant academic background
  • Willing to embrace change
