ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The role will be responsible for training, office20-30% of time in field : 70%-80%
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Define Training Strategy per Brand in TR Hainan perimeter
- Define training modules according to Brand and TR Hainan priorities
- Adapt modules per zone / countries based on specific needs in connection with RMs
- Develop training tools
- Train the trainers
Ensure Retail Excellence in the POS
- Define specific Retail and Education action plan to consumers based on Global Shopper approach with Marketing / RM / Brand Team departments
- Guarantee Brand image in the POS in connection with relevant departments (marketing, RMs, BT)
Improve BAs Efficiency in the POS
- Coordinate and follow up Bas Individual Evaluation on objective criterias to assess 3 expertises : Brand - Products / Sales / Retail & Service
- Follow Up and analyze Mystery Shoppers Results
- Follow Up and analyze sales KPIs per country / counters and make recommendations
- Define specific actions plans and modules and implement in the POS in connection with RMs and KAMs
- Define and Supervise Coaching Programs for best BAs
TRAINING
- Define Retail Education action plan for their POS in relation with RM
- Implement and follow up action plan and training program (specific programs & retail tools)
- Follow budget
- Report on BA’s feedbacks, on existing tools & needs, on competition field and education activities
- Motivate BAs
SERVICE / IMAGE / MERCHANDISING
- Ensure excellence of of field staff in brands/ products/ sales /service knowledge
- Ensure brand image in POS and in room trainings
- Be warrant of RDD policies: check, update & teach Bas on merchandising principles (right assortment / testers / Grids / Visuals/ planograms).
COACHING
- Evaluate & develop field team (Mystery Shopping, individual assessement, exams…)
- Follow individual development of field team and propose action plans
- Implement & follow-up of coaching program
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Education/Degree:
- at least 2-year sales or training experience with a luxury cosmetic brand;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Background including total years of experience:
- Familiar with cosmetic sales model and skills, excellent communication and customer service skills
Languages:
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a must
Soft and Leadership Skills:
- Good team work skill
- Excellent PPT skill
- Good presentation skill
