Sr. E-commerce operation executive for Skincare

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT  

The role will report to E-commerce Manager, be responsible for back-office operation e.g supply chain management, logistics, sales reporting, internal legal/finance process support, etc.  

THE ROLE  

In this role you will be responsible for: 

  • Management Skincare E-commerce operations, e.g. event, promotion, stock management, etc.
  • Optimize and manage the entire operation process and coordinate with IT, customer service, merchandising, and content and logistics part to deliver operation excellence.
  • Lead local business partner to deliver ongoing business SOP (Standard Operation Process), analyse and improve operation quality continuously
  • Manage local business partner to ensure the overall e-Commerce supply chain process optimization including demand planning, logistics, Inventory & safety stock planning.
  • Supervise the warehouse activities to make sure operations related flows are seamless, deliver last mile service to full-fill customers’ needs.
  • Ad hoc requirements from management levels
  • Internal financial/legal process support

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

We’d love to see candidates who have: 

  • University degree in Business; ecommerce; marketing or related discipline
  • >3 year relevant experience in China ecommerce ; preferably in beauty, luxury or premier brands
  • Hands-on experience in whole e-commerce process management, platform operation & promotion plan, understand e-MKT and e-Merchandise
  • Strong in time management skills with detail-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Positive, independent and a good team player
  • Good command of both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft software skills
