Sr. E-commerce Manager for Skincare
JOB TITLE: Senior Skincare EC Manager

THE ROLE
- Develop and execute skincare e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management of traditinoal e-commerce channels including Tmall, JD, etc
- Good knowledge about driving business through operations on new EC platforms, e.g Douyin, or private domain e.g Wechat.
- Ensure that the customer experience is exceptional across all e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with key e-commerce partners and vendors
- Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making
- Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce performance data
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in the Chinese market
- Fluency in English. Quick learning skill and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
- Skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint
