We are looking for a social media and Advocacy Manager to join our Digital team. This is a newly created role that will help COTY speed up on Private Domain establishment, Consumer Engagement, Advocacy and fastly replying to our consumers and engage with them in near real time.

The position reports directly to the Digital VP.


The Social Media Manager is in charge of developing WeChat OA followers’ acquisition& content management, social media engagement and advocacy on social media for our Prestige skincare brands.

She/he is in charge of:

  • Manage the private domain operation including content development, follower acquisition, campaign planning, customer activation, etc.
  • Managing the contents on our social media daily on various social networks including WeChat, Weibo, Red, DouYin
  • Animate, develop and engage our Community on all those Social Platforms through proactive moderation who is respecting tone of voice and image of our brands. This will be done via our Global Social Media publishing and community management tool Sprinklr.
  • Being responsible of engaging and animating our Community of best advocates, select the most engaging in between them and amplify their voices (UGC, Social Sellers, Loyalty/Rewarding,) for her/his market.
  • Living the Community and being responsible of discovering trends and engaging content in order to adapt the content we produce to all the different tribes of our consumers changing depending on the brand.
  • Being responsible of daily light Social Listening in order to monitor locally our brand’s reputation.
  • Analyzing and reporting the results of our organic posting.
  • Monitoring the best in class locally from our competitors.
  • monitor and manage the Reply Rate in the country



We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • a graduate of a business school and have 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally acquired in a digital department
  • an excellent knowledge of the social media and digital ecosystem
  • a Perfect French (to adapt regarding the market)/English spelling
  • strong project management and analytical skills
  • good interpersonal skills, you are curious, energetic with a real talent for communication, and you have a taste for teamwork
  • Proactive
